I am a bit
of a smiler anyway in photos and while I am getting used to doing more sultry
poses, I do prefer a big cheese grin!
I’ve been

I bob about
for 15 mins getting ready for bed letting the strips work and then peel them
off, pop them in the bin and give my mouth a good rinse with some water. You’re
not meant to smoke, eat or drink coloured beverages for 24 hours so I go to
sleep straight after taking the strips off.
I cannot
